The Cultural
Education Network
Who are we?
Powered by Arts Council England, the Cultural Education Network is here to support teachers, freelance teaching artists and educators at creative and cultural organisations. They offer free one-to-one advice sessions to keep arts and culture thriving in education across England.
With direct support from their Cultural Education Specialists, they’ll help you identify the next steps in your cultural education journey.
Here are some of the ways the Network can support you:
- save you time by helping you find the resources and advice you need
- support you in embedding arts, culture and creativity in the curriculum
- provide extra support with, or prepare you for, your Artsmark journey
- help you to co-create your offer for schools with teachers, schools and students
- provide you with key actions to take to help you overcome challenges and build your practice
How does it work?
A free, 30-minute Teams meeting can unlock new ideas and possibilities. Here’s how it works:
- Submit a support request online
- Join a one-to-one meeting on Teams with one of their Cultural Education Specialists
- Receive tailored notes and follow-up actions within five days
